80 Pounds in 160 Days and Beyond – DAY EIGHT

Weighed in….. Down over 16# at little below 275 Pounds! The routine is catching up to me slightly…..Kind of rolled out of bed…..One-step-at-a-time….”Keep moving Ralph”! A little “Self-Coaching” going on this morning….we have all done it, some days we have to talk ourselves into taking that next step. It works pretty well as long as we don’t start “negotiating” with ourselves….you all know what I am talking about here as well……
Drank 1 – .5L bottle of water after weigh-in,
Drank 2 – .5L bottles of Water with workout,
90 MG of CoQ-10, Valley Naturals 30 MG Capsules and,
1-Shot of Potassium Water, WaterOz Products and,
1-Shot of “Water of Life” Calcium & Magnesium Water, WaterOz Products and,
1-Tall Shot of Mangosteen Juice
6:30 AM Workout:
Sit-Ups on Ab-Lounge: 70, 45, 33, 27, 20, 10, 5 Increase…..OK!
Push-Ups: 15, 10, 10, 5, 5
Elliptical Machine 37 Minutes Total
I was able to squeeze out some extra Sit-Ups……Kind of intentional, as I needed to get motivated this morning!! Talking oneself “Out” of a workout, especially at this stage, can be pretty easy. I am going to do my best moving forward to not skip if I can help it……we shall see……
Had another grapefruit at home this morning and took a cooler full of filtered juice and fruit. Got to the office on time at 9:00 AM……As I stated the other day the fruit routine can become very mundane and unappetizing pretty quickly…… That is probably why I “skip” eating it during the day.
I pretty much stuck with oranges today having two of them and two bottles of the filtered orange juice. One thing I can testify to is that the orange juice, because of its sugar content, definitely energizes you when you need it most!
Continued office organization in between calls today…..I was like the Energizer Bunny!…..Got so much done I even had to brag about it a little when I got back home!……But did anyone listen…..? Hope this feeling continues tomorrow though because I love when I can walk out of the Office Building with that sense of accomplishment.
Had some fresh pop corn again about 6:00 PM and later had a small bowl of my rice mix……Laid down about 10:00 PM……Not too bad…..I do need to get to bed earlier if possible. Thanks for tuning in……Hasta!
