80 Pounds in 160 Days and Beyond – DAY NINE

Weighed in….. Down almost 17# at little above 274 Pounds!
Drank 1 – .5L bottle of water before weigh-in,
Drank 2 – .5L bottles of Water with workout,
1800 MG L-Carnitine, Valley Naturals 600 MG Capsules and,
90 MG of CoQ-10, Valley Naturals 30 MG Capsules and,
1-Shot of Potassium Water, WaterOz Products and,
1-Tall Shot of Mangosteen Juice
6:30 AM Workout:
Sit-Ups on Ab-Lounge: 70, 45, 33, 27, 24, 10, 5
Push-Ups: 15, 10, 10, 5, 5
Elliptical Machine 37 Minutes Total

Two 1” slabs of watermelon started my day……and followed by two .5-L bottles of fresh orange juice at about 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. I ate a Pear in the afternoon about 4:30 PM….This maintained my energy levels nicely for the day……The key is keeping busy…….
Got in a full day today with general office work and fielding calls throughout the day……Losing 17 pounds in 9 days would seem radical to most but excess water weight sheds very quickly at first. Also I am satisfied with my food intake so far……90% of the mind-over-matter stuff is just staying relaxed in your plan and/or lifestyle change.
For me…..At least this time……I plan on journaling from now on…..Yes, forever……Which will hopefully keep me accountable not only to myself but to anybody who may be following as well. It really seems to be making a big difference in my overall determination and mindset as well. Blessings to all…..Hasta!!
