Man…..It was already about 80 degrees in the garage…..Got in a real good sweat, but also fatigued me a little. The only way to avoid this is get up earlier….I can also really feel the difference in my overall stress levels. Bumping your endorphin levels with exercise is a kind of cure-all for what ails us…..Clarity of thought, calmness, tolerance, patience, etc……Its all good!
Organizing the garage/exercise room today created more space to set up our old Inversion Machine…..Which I am real happy about! I really want to be able to start “Hanging” when I drop to at least 250-260# as it gives so much relief to my back which is generally sore and tight all the time……Tough getting old!
I was involved in a car accident when I was about 53 and it caused some nerve damage in my lower back. My left leg around the knee becomes completely numb by the end of the day…..Which was my main motivation to lose all the weight before my fiftieth birthday……But the “Hanging” I did during that time almost completely relieved the numbness in my leg. So needless to say I want to give the Inversion Bed an even better try this time. Strengthening my abdomen I believe will really help me along in this goal which is why I am going to concentrate on the abs as I move forward……Good day……Till tomorrow. RRD
