Slept-In…..No work out…. Weighed in….. UP 2 Pounds!! I am right at 275 Pounds….
The logical explanation for a gain would be the workouts as I am gaining some muscles……and waking up some others…..
Ate 1-Whole Grapefruit and about an hour later had a medium plate of hash browns made with Olive Oil and Lemon Pepper for breakfast. I Skipped my “uppers” this morning as the carbs gave me enough energy……Though the hash browns did upset my stomach a little. It was a nice break and stayed within my phase-one criteria.
I was feeling a little sluggish by noon….You know Sunday, the family was just kickin’ it, still in my PJ’s, already had the first movie running…..droan…..! I probably would have felt much better had I done my morning workout as it helps to get your endorphins flowing. Maybe I was just looking forward to resting over the weekend, although I will be pushing myself harder as time goes on. I want to keep my ultimate goal (getting below 200 pounds) in sight….Which I am determined to do no matter how long it takes.
You would think weighing in up two pounds would have been motivation enough to get me off my keister…..”Butt” alas; I was content to relax with my darling wife for a while.
I only drank two .5-L bottles of orange juice during the day…..But it sustained me nicely as I continued to do more Honey-Dos around the house in the afternoon and early evening. Though I got in some pretty good exercise through the work in and of itself…..Just no cardio.
I had fully intended to start doing regular and/or coffee colonics by now, but I simply have not had the time or energy to set them up. They will be essential during phase-two so I am not going to worry about them for now.
I ate a bowl of my rice mixture in the evening….Actually a bit too late however I was in need of something and this I already had in the refrigerator. Got to bed around 11:00 PM. Overall it was a laid back but very good day!….Wish today were Saturday….Oh well……Hasta! RRD
