Day Fifteen

Weighed in….. Down 18# again at little below 273 Pounds!
Drank 2 – .5L bottles of Water with workout,
1800 MG L-Carnitine, Valley Naturals 600 MG Capsules and,
90 MG of CoQ-10, Valley Naturals 30 MG Capsules and,
1-Shot of Potassium Water, WaterOz Products and,
1-Shot of “Water of Life” Calcium & Magnesium Water, WaterOz Products and,
1-Tall Shot of Mangosteen Juice
7:00 AM Workout:
Sit-Ups on Ab-Lounge: 70, 45, 33, 27, 24, 10, 5
Push-Ups: 20, 15, 10, 10, 5, 5
Elliptical Machine 40 Minutes Total, Increase!!
Been slowly increasing my sets and times!……It feels great when I can eek out just a little more on my workouts.
Time for “The Broom”……..for the next three days I must try to do only:
- As Much Fresh Fruit as I want till Noon
- As much Green Leafy Salad with Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice for the Rest of the Day
That’s it!……So today I packed a large salad while I was stuffing my face with grapes, a banana, and some strawberries…..Plus I took more of the same to work with me. I Got so busy at the office that I didn’t eat any more of the fruit and didn’t get to my salad till about 5:00 PM. I probably didn’t think of any more fruit earlier because as I said before it gets really boring after a couple days let along a couple weeks!
Anyway, got through the day in good fashion with good energy…..Headed home at about 6:00 PM and had some more raw veggies at home. Hit the sack at about 11:00 PM, taking full advantage of being able to sleep in on Friday morning. Hasta! RRD
